What is Watt Water?
Watt Water is an energy drink that comes in a cube format which, when added to water, transforms into a delicious energy drink. It's designed to provide sustained energy and focus. Its active ingredient is Guayusa which provides a smooth & natural energy experience without the jitters and crashes of traditional energy drinks.
How does Guayusa contribute to Watt Water's energy effects?
Guayusa has unique benefits. Unlike caffeine on its own, guayusa provides sustained energy without jitters or crashes thanks to its unique chlorogenic acid profile which enables a gradual caffeine release, promoting lasting smoother, sustained energy and focus.
Serotonin (the "happy hormone") is elevated to levels that are 2-3x higher than those from coffee. Higher serotonin levels can positively influence decision-making by improving mood, reducing stress, enhancing cognitive function, boosting confidence, regulating emotions, and facilitating better social behaviour, all leading to better choices.
What makes Watt Water eco-friendly?
A dry cube format, rather than shipping cans or bottles, is ultimately more energy efficient due primarily to size and number of drinks that are in a pack. Also, though cans themselves aren't made of plastic, plastic is wrapped around each shipping pallet and each individual 12-can tray when transported to stores or warehouses.
As a result, using cubes like this leads to 81% reduction in CO2 emissions and >95% reduction in plastic (during transportation), or >99% reduction if compared to drinks that use plastic bottles.
Our Guayusa is organically farmed and fair trade. Our packaging is a single material plastic that can be recycled an unlimited amount of times.
Is it really sugar-free and without calories?

What is pre-order?
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.
How does shipping and delivery work?
We ship worldwide.
Orders usually ship within 24 hours. If you order before 12pm GMT, you get same day dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. Please note if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your full order as fast as possible.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location but you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Multiple shipping options (including express or expedited shipping) are available at check out.
Orders above €60 are free. A standard rate of €3.99 applies to orders that are less than €60 but more than €13.5. Below €13.5 shipping is €11.99.
Can I change my shipping address?
Sure can! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new shipping address details ASAP and we can change this over for you.

Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Although our couriers quote us 3-5 business days for standard delivery, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Royal Mail. *Please note: The investigation outcome timeline can vary from courier to courier. We’ll do our best to help with a timely resolution.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for non-food items and 30-day money-back guarantee for food items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund/return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Where can I purchase a Watt Water E-Gift Card?
The Watt Water Gift Cards are available here*. You can purchase a gift card for yourself or as a gift for someone special. Multiple values are available up to a maximum of €200.
*Please note: Watt Water E-Gift Cards are only redeemable from the Watt Water website of purchase.
What happens if I don't spend the entire value of the E-Gift Card in one transaction?
There is no need to spend the entire E-Gift Card amount in one go. The balance remains tied to the E-Gift Card code to be used another time. However, you must redeem the full amount before the E-Gift Card expiry date.
What happens if there’s a balance left on the card when it expires?
Unfortunately, any balance remaining after the expiry date will also expire and cannot be refunded.
